Mature, properly pruned and nurtured trees are an exceptional investment every homeowner should consider. Not only do trees add to the beauty of your property, when cared for by certified arborist trees can actually increase your property’s value.
The critical factor in determining if trees will be a boon to a homeowner or bane-needing constant pest control, constant care and sometimes removal and replacement is how qualified your arborist is.
Forest Green Tree Service® provides exceptional tree care-from planting seedlings to nurturing trees older than your home itself-in accordance with the American National Standards Institutes’ guidelines. All of our work is directed by a certified arborist who not only guides pruning and trimming of trees to enhance their natural shape and beauty but to ensure their health… for decades.
Why is it worth your while to hire Forest Green Tree Service® than “local” fee-for-service gardeners? There are countless reasons:
We are fully bonded and carry a $2 million liability insurance policy to back all of our work.
The bottom line is, Forest Green Tree Service® wants to develop a family network with our customers. We want lasting relationships, not “cut-and-run” employment, Why? Trees- along with their care and maintenance are not only our profession, but they are also our passion.

Rather than using an approach based on the idea that one-size-fits-all, a certified arborist relies on their knowledge and expertise to provide specialized care for each unique tree. Your trees will grow stronger and more beautiful as their unique needs are met.
A certified arborist can also tell the difference between serious tree diseases and minor ones. For example, Dutch elm disease and elm yellows cause very similar symptoms, but Dutch elm disease is much more serious. Your certified arborist will ensure your tree is properly diagnosed so that the right approach is taken to its care.
Once a certified arborist sees your trees and their growing conditions, the arborist can give you the advice to help you care for each tree. For example, they may recommend one fertilizer for your oak tree and a different fertilizer for your maple. Alternatively, they may recommend mulching around one tree, but not around another.
